Bodhi Suspension System®

The Bodhi Suspension System was developed by Pilates instructor Khita Whyatt and partner Kirsten Sell and focuses on five key fitness categories such as strength, stability, balance, proprioception and flexibility. The 4-point suspension system design works with all body types making exercise fun and engaging!

Bodhi is different from other suspension exercise systems. Featuring 4 suspension points, Bodhi gives users more control over their movement, thus offering very precise mind-body programming. The Bodhi uses dynamic climbing ropes, providing a softer, slightly bouncier feel… very different from solid synthetic web straps. And the Bodhi uses Prusik knots for the rope-loop connection. Prusik knots are a climbing tool that provide a solid, secure connection to the ropes, and are quickly and easily adjusted.

Bodhi is used in group classes, private classes, post-rehabilitation sessions and at home. This innovative suspension system can be mounted on the ceiling, wall or door. The Bodhi is also easy to pack and transport to outdoor exercise areas – simply place it over your pull-up or high bar and exercise wherever you go.
