Designed by Joseph Pilates for use by advanced practitioners on the Cadillac, the Neck Stretcher is an effective tool to:

Strengthen and stretch the muscles of the neck
Release tension in the upper back
Stretch and lengthen the muscles of the spine and back
Improve head and neck alignment, and promote proper posture

The Contrology Neck Stretcher is made of durable zinc-plated steel and not aluminum. It is the only neck stretcher on the market that features a removable head strap. This, among other things, allows you to wash and clean it. The head strap is 2 inches (5cm) wide with a very large D-ring.
