CoreAlign improves musculoskeletal recovery by stimulating the core stabilizer muscles while improving posture, gait, balance, flexibility and endurance. Clinicians around the world have proven CoreAlign to be effective in rehabilitating patients through prescribed therapeutic movement.

Durable and safe, the CoreAlign’s solid wood frame encloses two tracks and two platforms. The platforms move independently and quietly (polyurethane wheels on double bearings) with resistance (or assistance) created by six resistance tube assemblies on each platform. Resistance and assistance are possible in one or both directions, providing users with hundreds of functional movement exercises.

In addition to rehabilitation, fitness professionals use the CoreAlign in training with clients in standing, kneeling, side-sliding exercises, deep stretches and aerobic controlled core training.
