Description

The unique, textured design used in the Naboso workout mat is designed to uniquely stimulate the nerves in the lower legs when lifting weights or doing rehabilitation exercises.

Recommended for:

Optimization of leg stimulation during barefoot standing exercises
Standing exercises with kettlebells, sandbags, Olympic weightlifting
Standing exercises with body weight barefoot, such as step ups, lunges

Not recommended for:

Floor exercises, including yoga, Pilates, stretching or myofascial work. If this is your interest, we recommend the Naboso® Mind Body Mat.
