Oov®

Inventor Daniel Vladeta, D.O., developed the Oov to complement the natural curves of the spine while providing multiple levels of motion. He has created a diverse global Oov community of clinicians, movement professionals, holistic therapists, athletic trainers and sports professionals who realize the benefits of Oov to their patients, clients and athletes.

Oov activates the core stabilizing muscles while gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy lubrication of the intervertebral discs. Oov can be used in supine, prone, lateral, kneeling, standing positions as well as for rehabilitation purposes, (use a head pillow when in a supine position).
