This highly functional design allows users to exercise their torso, legs and arms in exercises such as Roll-down, Mermaid, Bicycle, Teaser, Swan and Bridging. Remove the leg to use the barrel to stretch the thoracic spine or turn it over to create an unstable surface for planking!
