The Clara Step Barrel Lite by Balanced Body is a lightweight and portable version of the classic Step Barrel, designed to support spinal alignment, core strengthening, and improved mobility. Made from high-quality EVA foam, it offers stability and comfort. Ideal for Pilates studios, physical therapists, and home use.

The Clara Step Barrel Lite is known as the preferred barrel in the Fletcher Pilates® program, with dimensions that provide greater support to the lumbar spine, more precise pelvic positioning, and safer spinal extension. With the same “high arch” as the original Clara Step Barrel, the one-piece “Lite” barrel offers the same rounded step and vertical handles, made from durable high-density foam.

Designed to fit Balanced Body’s Allegro® Reformer, Allegro® 2 Reformer, and Studio Reformers®, the Clara Step Barrel Lite can be used on a Reformer to add more exercises to your Pilates workout!
