To heat the Linum, place it in the microwave. At 600W power, heat for 2 minutes, and at 1000W power, heat for 60 seconds. After heating, massage the Linum to distribute the heat evenly and check the temperature. If the desired temperature has not been reached, heat further: 30 seconds for 600W or 20 seconds for 1000W, repeating the heating, massaging and checking stages until the correct temperature is reached. Alternatively, you can use the oven (70°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, checking regularly and massaging for even heat distribution. If necessary, repeat heating for a further 2 minutes. Linum comes with a cotton cover, is painted with natural blue dye and measures 36 x 38 cm.
