Description

The active and dynamic seat helps relieve the upper body and strengthens the back muscles. You can place the cushion on your chair in two ways:

Front thigh support:

Large seat spacing – more stable seat thanks to thigh support

Round front side part:

Short periods of sitting – active and dynamic sitting, for fitness exercises

Tips:
The pressure can be adjusted individually.
To let the air out, simply insert the ball end of the pump into the valve.
You will feel a resistance in the valve that needs to be pierced.
It is best to rest your forearm on the side opposite the valve so as not to damage the Sitfit when piercing the valve.
Once you have pierced this “resistance”, the air can be adjusted very easily.
