Sitting Box Lite

Made from high-density, durable foam, the Sitting Box Lite offers the same functionality as a traditional Sitting Box at a fraction of the cost and weight! It is designed with notches on the bottom to fit easily and comfortably over the shoulder supports on all Balanced Body Reformers. The Sitting Box Lite has rounded edges for greater comfort during supine exercises, such as the Swan, with consistent and stable support throughout the length of the Box.

Weighing just 2kg, the Balanced Body Sitting Box Lite is easy to move, stack and store. The dense foam construction of the Sitting Box Lite features a textured top surface for stable, non-slip body positioning. Extremely durable, without the risk of torn vinyl corners. Easy to use, move and store — and very economical. Convenient notches on the bottom for handling.
