Stroops Double Gun

The Stroops Slastix Double Gun creates maximum power and range of motion generated by the upper & lower torso. Athletes can harness the power of resistance throughout the body (from arms and legs) and get a full workout. For fighters, this extra resistance translates into faster and more dynamic hands, faster movement, self-improving movement technique and stronger offensive and defensive circular movements. With Slastix pulling you in from all four limbs, the body works even harder to balance and harder when trying to exert force to strike. Athletes use the Double Gun to get the most out of upper and lower body performance sports activities such as: throwing and catching medicine balls, lifting weights, sprinting or performing plyometric exercises.

Simply attach the four independent Slastix from the leg and wrist cuffs to a stationary object or a training partner behind you and perform MMA exercises such as striking, stances, takedowns, clearing hands or engaging in offensive and defensive moves. The wrist cuffs fit snugly around the wrist and thumb and can be easily worn inside the gloves, (if desired). Leg cuffs should be worn over the shoe around the ankle. As you move further away from the hook point, the level of resistance increases, which enhances your ability to perfect each movement.
