The Stroops Leap Frog is an elastic resistance band used in pairs. It contains two belts and a Slastix clip. The Slastix is elastic and attaches to the two straps. The belts are fastened at the height of each person’s abdomen. The athlete will train using the other person’s resistance. Training with the Leap Frog is fun and very flexible, it is also possible to train alone without the use of a partner

Description

Perhaps Stroops’ most versatile partner-training product, Leapfrog was designed to focus on speed. Two waist belt-wearing trainees (one athlete and a coach or other athlete) are joined via a 2.5 m Slastix. While the two trainees move around they engage in a variety of sport-specific performance exercises. The Leapfrog uses the speed and weight of the individuals to provide a gradual resistance for the partner as the lead athlete runs ahead of the other until maximum resistance is almost reached. At this point, the runner following behind is pulled forward in a burst of speed as they alternate coaxially with each other to open forward adjusting to a longer stride while improving their strength.

Ideal for resistance running, acceleration training, ultra speed training, power running and sport specific training.

The package contains two universally rotating belts and a 2,5 m Slastix band
