Description
This ball has a surface design with six sides for proper alignment and placement. It also features 2.5 lbs v(1kg) of multi-dimensional load (ballast), which prevents it from wandering during your workout. The BOSU® Ballast® Ball provides a fun, visual effect and auditory feedback during lifting, shifting and rocking exercises. With the BOSU® Ballast® Ball, individuals can perform exercise progressions and dynamic exercises that are not possible with a regular exercise ball. Use it as an exercise ball or a slam ball.
