The elastic and tear-resistant three-dimensional X-shaped belt allows you to effectively address individual muscle weaknesses, train multi-dimensionally and stretch shortened structures, engaging all four limbs.
SISSEL® OCTOCORE effectively helps with its resistance and partially absorbs the force of gravity.
It allows the relief of overactive structures, especially in the shoulder and neck area.
Through guided, supported sequences of movements, the fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments regain their natural interaction and the body’s myofascial chains are activated and stimulated. Training with OCTOCORE can thus restore and optimise the functionality and cooperation of the muscle chains.
This means that protective postures and avoidance movements can also be effectively treated with SISSEL® OCTOCORE.
