Placing The Aligner between the feet keeps the heels farther apart and enables true parallel position of the legs and appropriate recruitment of supporting musculature throughout the body to help maintain the intended position. The Aligner is also used between the knees to engage muscles and promote proper alignment. Its unique shape makes The Aligner usable in vertical or horizontal position depending on the exercise and User needs.
